Hassle Free Returns

• We offer a 7 day return policy on all jewelry and loose stones sold in the United States. We do not offer returns on International purchases due to customs, taxes and shipping.
• All items must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent with no alterations, sizing or damage. The product must also be returned with all packaging, papers, reports and boxes...i.e. anything that accompanied the item sold. We will not accept returns if the item has been changed/damaged or doesn't have accompanying materials.
• Please email us for return authorization as soon as possible and with in 7 days of receipt.
• Custom, made to order, or sized/altered jewelry is non-refundable.
• Purchases made directly from the store may be returned in person with in 7 days as well.
